Selling Sunset season seven is here and Mary Bonnet (formerly Fitzgerald) and her cast mates have confirmed it's going to be another season full of gripping storylines, big real estate and of course, statement fashion.
We'll see newcomers Bri Tiesi and Nicole Young return to the show alongside OGs Chrishell Stause, Amanza Smith and not forgetting with Brit-born Chelsea Lazkani of course.
Heather has already warned fans she only appears in a few episodes after claiming in an interview earlier this year she 'wasn't invited back' when filming began, despite being off of maternity leave. In the latest poster for the series, she's noticeably absent from the line-up.
Fans flew through season 6 in May, when even more drama filled The Oppenheim Group, including a huge fallout between Nicole and Chrishell while on a girls' holiday. Heather's first pregnancy was also documented, so we may get a glimpse at her newborn in series seven.
Selling Sunset series seven comes out on November 3rd and we can't wait to see what's in store for the glamorous agents – something we get a sneak peak at in the new trailer, which you can watch below.

So, when exactly can we expect season 7 to drop its new episodes?
Here’s the lowdown on the upcoming series including the release date, returning cast members and all the latest news.
When is Selling Sunset season 7 being released?
Selling Sunset series seven comes out on 3rd November on Netflix.
Netflix renewed seasons 6 and 7 of Selling Sunset back in June 2022 and cast members wasted no time in resuming filming.
Some of the cast members have since shared some behind-the-scenes photos from production, which you can see below.
Who's in the cast of Selling Sunset season 7?
Judging by how season 6 left off, we can assume the majority of The Oppenheim Group will be returning for the new series.
Cast members including Chrishell Stause, Mary Fitzgerald, Amanza Smith, Jason and Brett Oppenheim, Chelsea Lazkani, Emma Hernan, as well as new agents Nicole Young and Bre Tiesi are expected to return for season 7.
However, it’s unclear just how much Heather will appear in the upcoming series, as she previously told E! News: "I've been off maternity leave and I've been excited to get back to work and so far I have not been called back.”
"It's been a little frustrating. So [I'm] not sure what's been going on."
When the series seven poster was unveiled, Heather shared a selfie moments later after fans asked why she wasn't in the promo with her co-stars. She captioned it: "Looks like I got pushed in the water… its a good thing I can swim! Congrats to my girls on S7! You may see me in a few episodes….."
She also went on maternity leave back in January after giving birth to her son Tristan, so fans will have to wait and see how much she will feature in season seven.
OG cast member Maya Vander is also unlikely to return after telling fans on Instagram back in June: “So…I’m very proud of my Selling Sunset family for getting two more seasons and hopefully Emmy nomination. I decided not to go on with the show and it was not an easy decision! Being part of such a successful hit is absolutely amazing and I am so grateful for!!”

Is there a trailer for Selling Sunset series 7?
The trailer for Selling Sunset series seven is out now! In the new trailer it looks like Chrishell has more drama in her personal life than her professional life for a change as her ex-boyfriend Jason's then-girlfriend Marie-Lou confronts Chrishell to tell her she suspects there are still feelings left between them.
In terms of actual real estate, Mary explains all the agents need to work harder while the market is moving slow. Meanwhile, some of the agents from The OC office make an appearance, as Brett and Jason warn the LA group the staff at their sister brand are 'working their asses off.'
It also seems Chelsea and Bre's feud is still going strong, judging by Bre's reaction to Chelsea being delegated a $10 million listing.
